Refund & Return Policy
At Salty Cards AUS, we are committed to providing authentic products, secure packaging, and a reliable customer experience. Please review the policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled.

1. Change of Mind
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the fluctuation of market values, we do not offer refunds or returns for change‑of‑mind purchases.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing checkout.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with assessment, include:
•     Photos of the item
•     Photos of the packaging
•     A brief description of the issue
Where possible, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

3. Sealed Products
All sealed products (including booster packs, boxes, tins, and promotional items) are non‑returnable once opened.
If a sealed item arrives damaged, we will review the case as long as the original seal remains intact.

4. Singles and Graded Cards
All single cards and graded cards are final sale.
We guarantee authenticity and accurate condition descriptions at the time of sale.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.

•     A description of the issue
•     Supporting photos (if applicable)
