1. Promotion

1. The Salty Cards Mystery Bag Promotion is operated by Salty Cards AUS ("Salty Cards", "we", "us" or "our").
2. By purchasing a Mystery Bag, the purchaser agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the product description and any additional promotion-specific information published by Salty Cards.

2. Mystery Bags

Each Mystery Bag contains:

Bronze — $49 AUD

• 2 random sealed Pokémon booster packs
• 1 Salty Cards exclusive sticker
• 10 draw entries

Silver — $99 AUD

• 4 random sealed Pokémon booster packs
• 1 Salty Cards exclusive sticker
• 35 draw entries

Gold — $139 AUD

• 5 random sealed Pokémon booster packs
• 1 Salty Cards exclusive sticker
• 80 draw entries

3. Sealed Packs

1. All packs supplied will be genuine sealed Pokémon TCG products.
2. Pack selections are random and may vary between Mystery Bags.
3. Specific Pokémon TCG sets are not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product listing.
4. Pack availability may change during the promotion.
5. Promotional images showing specific pack artwork are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Draw Entries

1. Each eligible Mystery Bag provides the number of draw entries associated with the purchased tier.
2. Bronze provides 10 entries.
3. Silver provides 35 entries.
4. Gold provides 80 entries.
5. Entries are allocated to the purchaser following a successful eligible purchase.
6. Entries cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

5. Prize

The advertised prize is:

One PSA 10 Mega Gengar ex SAR — Japanese Mega Dream (M2a), 240/193 SAR.

Advertised prize value: $956.30 AUD.

The prize is supplied as a PSA 10 graded collectible card.

6. Eligibility & Prize Draw

Eligibility

1. The Salty Cards Mystery Bag Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. By purchasing a Mystery Bag and participating in the promotion, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Salty Cards reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age and identity from an entrant or selected winner.
5. Entries associated with a person who is under 18 years of age will not be eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

6. The promotion commences on 6 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 November 2026, unless all available Mystery Bags are sold prior to that date.
7. If all Mystery Bags are sold before 30 November 2026, the promotion will close early and no further entries will be issued.

Prize Draw

8. Eligible entries will be included in the prize draw.
9. The number of entries received is determined by the Mystery Bag tier purchased:
   • Bronze — 10 entries
   • Silver — 35 entries
   • Gold — 80 entries
10. The prize draw will be conducted following the close of the promotion.
11. The draw date, time and method will be published by Salty Cards prior to the conclusion of the promotion.
12. The selected entrant must satisfy all eligibility requirements before being confirmed as the winner.
13. If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, unable to verify their eligibility, or otherwise unable to accept the prize, Salty Cards may conduct a redraw where permitted by applicable law.
14. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

7. Winner

The winner must provide reasonable information required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted or is determined to be ineligible, a redraw may be conducted where permitted by applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the verified winner using a tracked delivery service.

Salty Cards will cover standard Australian delivery of the prize.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes and Cancellation

Salty Cards reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued by entrants.
